Monica’s experience with All-star cheer and dance comes from 4 years on the board of an All-star club’s booster organization. She’s been around All-star programs for over eight years and has built strong relationships with cheer and dance program directors at the gym. Monica’s daughter is an All-star cheerleader and hip-hop dancer. For the last several seasons, her daughter’s cheer team’s routines have been choreographed by Award Choreography. Last season, both of her teams received Summit bids, including one team being a finalist at the D2 Summit.
By day, Monica is an HR Business Partner at a national non-profit organization and in her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family, including her three children.
