Dwayne Willoughby has over 20 years of coaching and 15 years of choreography experience. Starting his career in Michigan as the Program Director for Premier Athletics, he has since traveled to the west coast where he is currently based.
Dwayne is not only a cheer choreographer but also a very talented hip-hop choreographer who has both coached and choreographed for programs such as the University of Michigan and the Detroit Lions Dance Team. Dwayne works with College, Allstar, Rec and High School programs. Dwayne has a passion for working with Prep and level 1 teams.
Dwayne joins our west coast staff based out of Sacramento, CA, and currently coaches at University Cheer Force where he coached and choreographed his teams to 3 Worlds Championships since 2018.
Dwayne joined AWARD choreography in 2016.
